Data we collect

Name, email address, telephone number, date, time, number of guests and any information you choose to include in the optional notes field.

Purpose and legal basis

We use this data only to receive, assess, answer and manage your reservation request. Processing is necessary to take steps at your request before providing the service. We do not use this data for marketing.

Allergies and other health information

The notes field is optional. If you include information about allergies, mobility or health, we process it only to adapt the service to your reservation and on the basis of the consent given in the form. You may withdraw this consent at any time without affecting processing already carried out.

Service providers

We use technical hosting and email delivery/receipt providers, including Cloudflare and Google. These providers process data under our instructions. Where processing involves countries outside the European Economic Area, the safeguards required by law are used.

Retention

We retain reservation data for a maximum of 12 months, unless we need to keep it longer to comply with a legal obligation or defend legal rights.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability of your data, where applicable, by writing to the email address above. You may also lodge a complaint with Portugal’s National Data Protection Commission (CNPD).

Required data and automated decisions

Fields marked as required are necessary to manage your request. Without them, we cannot process the reservation. We do not use this data for automated decision-making or profiling.
